Rihanna, the pop star-turned-beauty mogul, is set to launch a new hair care product line, Fenty Hair, on June 13. This latest addition to her Fenty Beauty brand promises a flexible range of products designed to strengthen and repair all types of hair. The announcement, made via Rihanna’s Instagram, has already generated significant buzz.

The global hair care market is poised for significant growth, expected to increase by nearly $20 billion to $107.5 billion by 2027. This surge is driven by rising consumer interest in hair repair products, heavily influenced by social media advertising and influencers.

Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty has leveraged social media for its marketing, significantly boosting ad spending on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok in recent years.

With a net worth of $1.4 billion, Rihanna ranks as the 23rd wealthiest self-made woman in the U.S., largely thanks to her ventures in beauty and fashion. Her Fenty Beauty brand, launched in 2017 in partnership with LVMH, has expanded to include Fenty Skin and Fenty Fragrance. Additionally, she owns 28% of the lingerie company Savage x Fenty.

Rihanna’s success extends beyond business, with nine Grammy Awards and over 250 million records sold. Fans are eagerly anticipating her next album, which she hinted earlier this year would be “amazing,” though its release date remains unconfirmed.
