A building has collapsed within the premises of the Architectural Engineering Group at Roman Ridge in Accra, with several people feared trapped under the debris.
The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS), which confirmed the incident in a social media update, said rescue operations are currently underway.
Emergency responders from the GNFS headquarters are on site working to locate and extract those who may be trapped. The number of casualties or injuries is yet to be confirmed.
