After a six-month pilot programme offering free dialysis sessions to select groups, the Vice President and NPP presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, together with NHIA CEO, Dr. Dacosta Aboagye, announced that beginning December 1, 2024, all dialysis sessions at select government hospitals will be free.
